Plain MDF is an engineered wood panel manufactured from refined wood fibers bonded with synthetic resin under high temperature and pressure. Characterized by its homogeneous density profile and smooth surfaces, it serves as a premium substrate for precision machining and high-quality finishes across furniture, construction, and interior applications.

Manufacturing Process

  1. Fiber Preparation
